Dominican Cold & Cloudy


Ingredients


Add 1.5oz Cayrum, 0.5oz Green Chartreuse, 0.5oz lime juice, and 3-4 smoked cherry tomatoes to a glass with ice & shake

Spritz some dried sage with Absinthe and light on fire

Take a shaker and hold it over the sage thats on fire and allow to fill with as much of the smoke you can

Quickly take the shaker full of smoke and place it on top of the glass with booze in it and shake it about 3-4 times

Slowly take the shaker off the glass to allow smoke to fall out of the glass. Strain contents in glass into a fresh glass with ice

Add a splash of ginger beer, 1 grate of fresh ginger root, a squeeze of lime and a slapped mint sprig for garnish
